And NOW little Dagny is finally ready to be sent out into the world.
The construction of Dagny is simple, as it is knit from side to side in garter stitch. It is shaped using short rows and is entirely seamless.
The pattern contains a couple of interesting techniques that might be new to some (crocheted provisional cast-on and garter Kitchener stitch). These are thoroughly explained in the pattern.
I personally love learning new knitting tricks, but it is also possible to knit the pattern without these techniques.

The little cutie pie in the pictures is cousin Lucy, who has just turned 1. I feel so lucky to get to photograph this little beauty in my cardigan.
